1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AI Transformers ("the Platform") at aitransformers.eu, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

AI Transformers provides a curated database of GenAI use cases, an AI-powered advisor, and related tools to help business leaders evaluate and implement AI in their organizations. The Platform offers free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide a valid email address and create a password to register
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration

4. Subscription Plans

  • Free: access to showcase use cases, limited AI advisor sessions, and community features
  • Essential: full catalog access, expanded AI advisor usage, and priority features
  • Professional: unlimited access to all features including unlimited AI advisor

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT. Details are available on our Pricing page.

5. Payments and Billing

  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy / Stripe)
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase
  • Failed payments may result in temporary loss of paid features

6. Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial for the Essential plan. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled. You will be notified before the trial ends.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
  • Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Platform programmatically without permission
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish Platform content without authorization
  • Use the AI advisor to generate harmful, misleading, or malicious content
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including use case data, analysis, recommendations, and design, is owned by AI Transformers or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit permission.

AI advisor responses are generated using AI models and should be treated as informational guidance, not professional advice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Platform will be available without interruption
  • AI advisor recommendations will be accurate or suitable for your specific situation
  • Use case data will result in specific business outcomes

The Platform provides informational content for business leaders. It is not a substitute for professional consulting, legal, or financial advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Transformers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your access to paid features ceases immediately
  • Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the applicable member state. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
